Mr. Smith joined the law firm of White Arnold & Dowd P.C. in 2010. His practice is devoted to family law, assisting and representing individuals in complex matrimonial matters, including those with personal or business assets and custody disputes. Formerly a staff attorney with Legal Services Alabama, Mr. Smith has broad experience in domestic relations, domestic abuse, child custody, and paternity and child support issues.
