Birmingham, AL – White Arnold & Dowd P.C. is pleased to announce that shareholder Hope S. Marshall was recently appointed to serve on the Alabama Lawyers Association’s Hall of Fame Nominations Committee. The Alabama Lawyers Association was organized in 1971 to encourage the study of law, to provide support services to members to address those issues which limit their effectiveness, and to protect the civil and political rights of all citizens. The Association’s Hall of Fame honors lawyers who have been licensed to practice law for twenty-five years or more and who have made significant contributions to the cause of justice.
Ms. Marshall joined the firm as an attorney in 2007, and her practice focuses on criminal defense, white collar criminal defense, and general civil litigation. She represents companies and individuals in connection with criminal investigations, as well as parallel civil and criminal proceedings. Ms. Marshall practices in municipal, state and federal courts, including appellate courts. She is active in the Alabama State Bar, Alabama Lawyers Association, Birmingham Inn of Court, and the Magic City Bar Association.
