White Arnold & Dowd attorneys regularly counsel clients, including many elected officials, on the laws and rules pertaining to federal and state political contributions, political action committees, voting rights and ethics.

Our attorneys have also represented clients in election challenges and contests across the state. Attorney Rebecca DePalma co-authored Political Activity Guide for Corporations, providing a general overview to companies and individuals of the law as it relates to campaign finance, lobbying and congressional gift law.

Greg Hawley has represented elected officials in state and federal court in election contests and voting rights cases. He regularly counsels corporations, elected officials, and county governments about state and federal laws regulating political activity, political action committees, fundraising and other issues.
