Hope S. Marshall Recognized by the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation

Birmingham, AL – White Arnold & Dowd P.C. is pleased to announce that shareholder Hope S. Marshall was recently recognized by the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation for her service to the organization and to the profession. The Foundation, which “believes in the value of the human spirit and its ability to grow and flourish in a world characterized by fairness and sharing,” is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2022. Ms. Marshall currently serves on the Foundation’s Grants Committee.

Ms. Marshall joined the firm as an attorney in 2007, and her practice focuses on criminal defense, white collar criminal defense, and general civil litigation. She represents companies and individuals in connection with criminal investigations, as well as parallel civil and criminal proceedings. Ms. Marshall practices in municipal, state and federal courts, including appellate courts.  She is active in the Alabama State Bar, Alabama Lawyers Association, Birmingham Inn of Court, and the Magic City Bar Association. Ms. Marshall is a Commissioner on the Alabama Securities Commission. She was elected to serve on the Birmingham Bar Association’s Executive Committee in 2020, and she completed her term as chair of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Grievance Committee in 2021.
