Kitty Rogers Brown Elected to ASB Leadership Forum Section’s Executive Council

Birmingham, AL – White Arnold & Dowd P.C. is pleased to announce that shareholder Kitty Rogers Brown has been elected to the Executive Council of the Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum Section.  The Leadership Forum Section serves to promote the objectives of the Alabama State Bar within the field of leadership. Specifically, the Section provides a community of lawyers within the Bar committed to the ideals of servant leadership, promotes communications among Section members on matters pertaining to development of leadership skills and professionalism, provides continued leadership training and education for Section members, assists in the education of general practitioners and other attorneys with respect to leadership, and provides an interface between lawyers and community leaders for on-going discussions relating to the challenges facing our State.  Ms. Brown is a graduate of Class 8 of the Leadership Forum program.

Originally from Russellville, Ms. Brown joined White Arnold & Dowd in 2006. She practices in both state and federal courts, including appellate courts.  Ms. Brown represents individuals and corporate defendants in white collar criminal actions, primarily in the areas of healthcare fraud, financial crimes, and environmental crimes. She also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation as well as pharmaceutical and environmental tort actions, whistleblower cases, healthcare matters, and consumer class actions, and handles executive severance and compensation matters.
